Qualification and Experience for BrahMos Aerospace Recruitment 2023:

1. For System Engineer(ECE)-

• First Class BE/B.Tech in ECE from a reputed and recognized university.

Experience-

• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in a reputed manufacturing organization preferably in Production / Production Documentation in a computerized environment.

2. For System Engineer (Computer Science / Information Technology)-

• First Class BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering from a reputed and recognized university.

Experience-

Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in a reputed organization in the following skill sets:

• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, use of design patterns and coding standards.
• Experience in GUI design with QT and application design experience in QGIS/Arc GIS.
• Experience in preparing and formulating software lifecycle documents in IEEE format.
• Experience in at least one SQL and one No SQL database.

3. For General Manager(HR)/Deputy General Manager(HR)-

First Class full-time MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed Institute with a minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Production Unit and Corporate HR function with a proven track record:

• Conduct end-to-end Recruitment & Selection of permanent and contract manpower.
• Performance Management processes in Production Unit.
• Implementation of Talent Management Strategies.
• Knowledge of employee welfare schemes/ programs.
• Knowledge of Statutory Compliance as per the Factories Act & other Labour Laws.
• Implementation of Employee Engagement programs/ initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in implementation/ improvement of HR Module in ERP System.

Salary for BrahMos Aerospace Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BrahMos Aerospace Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the post of System Engineer will get a monthly salary of Rs.60700 in the pay scale of Rs.60700-109740 and selected candidates for the post of General Manager(HR)/Deputy General Manager(HR) will get a monthly salary on commensurate with qualification, experience and the Company Policy.
