BIS Recruitment 2023: Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Management Executive on a contract basis. As per the BIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extended for 01 more year. BIS has the right to revoke Management Executive’s engagement at any time, with or without cause, by giving them 30 days’ notice. However, if the officer decides to leave the position, he or she must offer 30 days’ notice in advance or payment in lieu of notice before doing so. There are 02 vacancies.
As per the BIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 1.50 lac. The remuneration is subject to statutory deductions. Additionally, subject to performance and evaluation, a 5% annual raise of the total monthly compensation is permissible. No TA/DA will be accepted for beginning the task or ending it. As per the BIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 1.50 lac. The remuneration is subject to statutory deductions. A regular BIS officer of Level Sc-B will be paid TA/DA and accommodation allowance if necessary to travel and remain as part of the official assignment.
A management executive is entitled to twelve (12) days of vacation each year. No compensation will be given for any absence that lasts longer than the permitted amount of time off. Additionally, unutilized leave cannot be cashed in or carried over to the following year. The Management Executive must adhere to the established regular business hours of 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM. To finish time-sensitive work or jobs that need travel outside of the immediate area, one must, nonetheless, stay up late. The biometric attendance system would be used to record attendance.
