The Eligibility for Deputy Development Commissioner (Deputation) Post vide the Ministry of Commerce & Industry Recruitment 2023 mandates the comprise Essential and Desirable Conditions to be read hereunder:
I) Essential Conditions: The Officers from Central Governments Services including All-India Services (AIS) and Organized Group ‘A’ Services, State Government Officers/Officers of Union Territories/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies:
i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis; Or
ii) with 05 Years’ Regular Service in the Post having Pay in Band-3 and Grade Pay of Rs.5400 (Pre-revised) Or in the Corresponding Level 10 of Pay Matrix in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
II) Desirable Conditions: Possessing Experience in Industrial Development, Foreign Trade, Estate Development and Administration.
Deputation Tenure: The Period of Deputation including Period of Deputation in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organisation/Department of the Central Government shall not exceed 03 Years.
The Selection Process for Deputy Development Commissioner vide the Ministry of Commerce & Industry Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum mandates Personal Interaction.
The Appointment as Deputy Development Commissioner will be on carried through by Transfer on the Deputation Basis.
