SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is seeking to hire interested and desirous candidates for the post of Climate Expert on a contractual basis. As per the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, there are 03 vacancies available for the mentioned position. The eligible candidate should not be more than 45 years of age as of the last date of submission. The candidate’s should be a graduate in any discipline with a postgraduate in Environment, Energy, Climate Change and related fields. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the area of sustainable development, energy efficiency, climate change, etc with excellent communication, report writing and drafting skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.
As mentioned in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs.1 Lakh to Rs.2 Lakh with an annual increment of upto 10% of monthly remuneration may also be considered by the Bank based on performance. The duration of the contract shall be for a period of 01 year which shall be extendable for a further period of up to 02 years. Selection would be by way of shortlisting and personal interviews to be held online before the Selection Committee. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
