NIA Recruitment 2023: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the posts of Deputy Legal Adviser, Senior Public Prosecutor and Public Prosecutor on a deputation/absorption basis. In accordance with the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, there are 12 vacant seats to be filled for the mentioned posts. The selected candidate will be paid a monthly salary between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 209200. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university and Experience in the Prosecution of Criminal Cases.
According to the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India. Qualified and experienced candidates can download the blank application form from the official notification and send the same duly filled application form along with the necessary documents to SP (Adm.).NIA HQ, opposite CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before the last date. The other mode of application will not be considered. As stated in the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, the deadline to submit the application form is 45 days from 21.08.2023. Application received after the due date will be REJECTED summarily.

As per the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023, the period of deputation (including short term contract), including the period of deputation (short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central Government shall not exceed four years.
