CBDT notifies new amendment in ITR-7
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) vide Notification No. 94/2023 dated 31st October, 2023 has made changes in Form ITR-7, in PART-B for the assessment year commencing on the 1st day of April, 2023.
ITR-7 is filed when persons including companies are required to file their returns as per these section: section 139(4A): Income of Charitable and Religious Trusts. section 139 (4B): Political Parties.
