MCA Releases 62 FAQs on Filing 38 New ROC Forms on V3 Portal

The Ministry of Affairs (MCA) has announced the release of 38 company forms on the MCA21 V3 portal on July 14, 2025, at 12:00 AM. This includes 13 annual filing forms and 6 audit/cost forms. With the launch of these new forms, the process of company filing will be shifted from Version 2 (V2) to Version 3.0 (V3) of the MCA portal.

To help the firms, professionals, and users on how to effectively use these new forms, MCA has also released a latest Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) booklet on the filling of these new ROC forms on the V3 portal. The FAQs address 62 questions that are meant to ease the filing process, clear doubts, and facilitate a smooth shift from the old version to the new version.
