DSLSA Reschedules National Lok Adalat Across Delhi Courts

The Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), under the Administrative Control of the High Court of Delhi, recently shared a notification (No. 35/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC) on November 27, 2025, through which it postponed the National Lok Adalat.

The Ld. Registrar General, Delhi High Court, declared December 13, 2025, as a working day for all district courts in Delhi and has decided to postpone the National Lok Adalat that was earlier scheduled for December 13, 2025, in all Delhi District Court Complexes, including Tis Hazari, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Saket, Dwarka, and Rouse Avenue Courts Complexes, for amicable settlement of all types of civil and criminal compoundable cases except divorce cases. However, the National Lok Adalat will now be held on January 10, 2026 (second Saturday).

The National Lok Adalat will also be held on January 10, 2026 (second Saturday) at the Delhi High Court, the Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs), the Permanent Lok Adalats, the Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and all District Consumer Commissions.

The Ld. Registrar General further added that “all the concerned courts, forums, tribunals, and other stakeholders are requested to inform the litigants and parties accordingly.”
