ICAI Removes 13 Chartered Accountants from Membership Register on Their Requests
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the removal of thirteen chartered accountants (CAs) from its Register of Members at their requests, with effect from different dates.
This action has been taken by the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in pursuance of Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, through an Official Notification No. 3NCA (4)/2/2023-2024, dated March 21, 2026, in exercise of its powers granted by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
The following is the list of chartered accountants whose names have been removed from the ICAI Register of Members:
