Government Notifies Anti-Dumping Duty on Sulphenamides Accelerators Following DGTR Findings
The Indian government has launched an investigation into imports of Sulphenamides Accelerators from China, the European Union and the United States.
The outcome of the investigation was the following:
Based on these findings, the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) concluded that the domestic industry was suffering injury on account of these imports and hence recommended imposing anti-dumping duty on Sulphenamides Accelerators imported from China, EU and USA.
The Central Government has examined the final report submitted by the investigating authority and has decided to impose an anti-dumping duty on the certain imported goods in exercise of the powers conferred under the Customs Tariff Act and the rules made thereunder.
