CA Final September 2025 Exam: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released comprehensive guidelines titled "Notes for Information and Guidance of Applicants" for the CA Final September 2025 Examination. The issued guidelines include significant details for the individuals pursuing the qualification of Chartered Accountancy. The guideline includes significant dates, exam form procedures, revised syllabus structure, eligibility criteria, exemption rules and others.
CA Final September 2025 Exam: Essential Dates and Online Form Submission
The online forms for CA Final September 2025 Exam registration are available at the ICAI Self-Service Portal (SSP), https://eservices.icai.org. The CA Final September 2025 Exam registration window will open on July 5, 2025, and will close on July 18, 2025 (without late fee). Candidates can still register for the CA Final September 2025 Exam with a late fee from July 19 to 21, 2025.- Form Submission Without Late Fee: From 5th July 2025 to 18th July 2025.
- Form Submission With Late Fee of Rs 600 (US$10): From 19th to 21st July 2025.
CA Final September 2025 Exam: Schedule and Subjects
CA Final September 2025 Examinations will be conducted for two groups: Group 1- Paper 1: Financial Reporting: September 03, 2025
- Paper 2: Advanced Financial Management: September 06, 2025
- Paper 3: Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics: September 08, 2025
- Paper 4: Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation: September 10, 2025
- Paper 5: Indirect Tax Laws: September 12, 2025
- Paper 6: Integrated Business Solutions (Open Book): September 14, 2025
CA Final September 2025 Exam: Updated Syllabus and Exam Pattern
In accordance with the new scheme of education and training:- Papers 1 to 5 will include 30% MCQ-type questions and 70% descriptive-type questions.
- Paper 6 will be conducted in Open Book Format, will include 5 case studies, carrying 25 marks each. Candidates will be mandatory to attempt any 4 of them, and each includes MCQs of 10 marks and descriptive questions of 15 marks.
- The MCQ sheet will be evaluated using a machine through OMR, and students will be permitted to go home after the exam.
CA Final September 2025 Exam: Exam Fees
Candidates registering for the CA Final September 2025 Exam will need to pay the following fee as per groups:- Single Group: Rs 1800 (India), $325 (Abroad), Rs 2200 (Kathmandu/Bhutan)
- Both Groups: Rs 3300 (India), $550 (Abroad), Rs 4000 (Kathmandu/Bhutan)
CA Final September 2025 Exam: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates registering for the CA Final September 2025 Exam must fulfil the below eligibility criteria:- Candidates must be registered under the new final course.
- Candidates should have completed or be in the last stage of 3 or 3.5 years of articleship by the relevant cutoff dates.
- Candidates should have completed Advanced ICITSS (IT and MCS) by the last date, i.e., August 10, 2025.
- Candidates must satisfy all essential Self-Paced Online Module Test (SPOMT) requirements.
