For Retired Bank Employees:

• Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the Rank of Chief Manager/equivalent may be appointed for the purpose.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All Applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years. iv. The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

For Young Candidates:

• The applicants should have minimum qualifications should be graduates with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however qualifications like M.Sc (IT)/ BE(IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
• The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates for the given position will be paid a fixed component of Rs.15000 and a variable component of Rs.10000. 

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The selection process for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As informed in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be chosen through the interview by a committee headed by the Regional Head. The concerned Regional Head and the Chief Manager/ officer in charge of Financial Inclusion in the Region will be the committee members. Based on the recommendations of the committee, the Regional Head would approve the appointment and/ or renew the contract of the individual BC Supervisor.  The Regional Office will send intimation to the short-listed candidates through e-mail only giving details about the date, time and venue of the interview.
