As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the company is conducting a walk-in interview for the post of 12 Management Industrial Trainees (Finance) for a period of one year for the year 2023-24.
To be eligible for the Management Industrial Trainees post, the candidate must be an Indian national and should have passed ICWA Inter/CA inter. The candidate’s upper age limit should be a maximum of 25 years as of April 30, 2023, and a relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for persons with disabilities will be provided. The selection process will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview, and selected candidates will be informed through email followed by publishing the list of selected candidates on the BEL website.
As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the initial tenure of the training shall be one year, and the monthly stipend payable will be Rs. 18,000/-, Rs. 19,000/-, and Rs. 20,000/- for the first, second, and third years, respectively. However, an extension of two more years may be considered after reviewing the candidate’s performance, and the tenure of MIT including their extension shall be a maximum of three years. Interested candidates must appear for the walk-in interview on May 13, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the Human Resource Development Department, Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad. The candidates must produce an original ICWA Inter pass/CA inter pass certificate, Covid vaccination certificate, and other relevant documents during the interview.

As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit for candidates is 25 years as of 30.04.2023. There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for persons with disabilities.
As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Candidates should have passed ICWA Inter/CA Inter. Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible. Candidates who do not possess ICWA inter pass/CA Inter pass certificate are not eligible.
As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the monthly stipend payable as of date will be:
1st Year – Rs. 18,000/-
2nd Year – Rs. 19,000/-
3rd Year – Rs. 20,000/-
