Pay Scale: Rs.75000 up to Rs.1.00 Lac Per Month (IDA) (Note: Read the Detailed Pay Scales as notified in the BSNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement)

Age for BSNL Recruitment 2023:

The maximum age limit to apply is 45 Years.

Superannuation Age Limit: 45 Years (As on Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy; i.e. 01.10.2023)

A) For Internal Candidates: Minimum 45 Years and Maximum 02-Years’ Residual Service as on the Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy (i.e. 01.10.2023) in reference to the Date of Superannuation.

B) For Other Candidates: Minimum 45 Years and Maximum 03-Years’ Residual Service as on 01.12.2023 (Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy) with reference to the Date of Superannuation.

Note: The Minimum Length of Services essential in the Eligible Pay Scale for the Post Director (HR) is 01 (One) Year in regard to the Internal Personnel and as regards Others (External) is 02 (Two) Years As on 01.10.2023.

Qualifications for BSNL Recruitment 2023:

Educational Qualifications: The Applicant should have in possession a Bachelor’s Degree with Good Academic Record from any duly accredited University/Institute.

Desirable: Applicants with Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management/Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Program in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from any of the Government of India accredited Universities / Institutions.

Service Experience: The Applicant should have Minimum 05 Years’ Cumulative Experience / Exposure during the Last 10 Years in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in any Organization/Establishment of Repute.

Other Essential Eligibility Conditions for BSNL Recruitment 2023

A.1) The Applicant from the Central Government/All India Services should be holding a Post of the Level of a Joint Secretary in the Government of India or be carrying an Equivalent Pay Scale on the Closing Date of Online Application (03.03.2023).

2) The Applicant from the Armed Forces of the Union Government of India should be holding a Post of the Level of Major General in the Army or Equivalent Rank in the Indian Navy/Indian Air Force on the Last Date of Online Application.

B) The Applicant from the State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSE)/Private Sector (PS) should be serving in the Board Level Position Or be holding a Minimum Post of the Level immediately down below the Board Level on the Online Application End Date.

Immediate Absorption of the Central Government Officers on the Post Director (Human Resources) mandates as the Central Government Officers, including those of the Armed Forces of the Union and the All India Services, are Eligible for consideration only on an Immediate Absorption Basis.

Note 2: The Applicant on the Date of Application as well as on the Interview Date must be in employment in a Regular Capacity, and not in a Contractual or Ad-hoc Capacity in the Following Concerns:

a) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a Full-Time Functional Director in the Board of a CPSE);

b) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;

c) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the Annual Turnover is *Rs 2000 Crore or more; d) Private Sector in Company where the Annual Turnover is *Rs.2000 Crore or more.

Selection Criteria for BSNL Recruitment 2023:

1) Selection on to Director (Human Resources) Post shall be carried through by way of Interview.
