Chartered Accountants Association, Surat [CAAS] has filed a writ petition before Hon’ble Gujarat High Court through Adv Dr Avinash Poddar asking for no penalty, interest or late fees until New Income Tax Portal becomes glitch-free. Additionally, the organization also demands setting up Grievance Redressal Committee & honoring Citizens Charter.
