Hyundai is hiring an experienced Internal Audit – Section Head at their Chennai location.

Roles and Responsibilitie

• Lead a team of Internal Auditors and oversee Internal Audits of Factory operations
• Prepare yearly Audit Business Plan and achieve KPI deliverables
• Planning, Organizing & Driving audits to ensure quality & timely completion
• Validate Audit plans with detailed audit schedules
• Suggest Control activities, identify gaps in processes & suggest process enhancements
• Validate audit report and provide valued added countermeasures
• Prepare & Present reports to the Management
• Lead Forensic & Special audit assignments
• Team building & Employee development through KSS/Trainings and other initiatives

Education:

• Must have CA Degree.

Experience;

• Must have 11 to 15 Years Experience.
