CBIC notification for appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority [Read Notification] The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified the Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority for the purpose of adjudication of finalization of Provisional Assessment in SVB case w.r.t. M/s Royal Canin India Pvt. Ltd via issuing a Notification.
