Experience Required for DIC Recruitment 2023:

For Consultant-

• Candidates should have 8+ years of solid project management experience with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environments out of which 5+ years of Managerial role in handling multiple projects together under a program.
• Having a certification in Project / Program Management (like PMP/ PRINCE2 etc.) from a Global Certification Body of Project Management Professionals is a plus

For Data Analyst-

• Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst in one or multiple private or government organizations.
• Hands-on experience in cleansing and preparing data, analyzing and exploring data, Expertise in statistics, analyzing and visualizing data, Reports and dashboards, Communication and writing

For Manager IT-

• Experience in program/project management of IT projects with at least 5 years of experience in managing the complete lifecycle of large IT / e-Governance projects.
• Over 2 years of experience in rolling out e-Governance projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.

For Senior PHP Developer:

• Candidates should have 4+ years as a Senior Developer at a technology company.
• Proficiency in Java/PHP, developing Restful API and JSON data format handling.
• Experienced in PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Hands-on experience in microservices architecture using components such as Cache management, and developing APIs for components.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Provide critical support & expertise during go-live.
• Hands-on experience with code versioning tools, such as SVN and Git.
• Experience working for a government set-up/project is desirable.

For Test Engineer-

• Candidates should have 3+ years* of experience as a QA testing for a large enterprise system.
• Experience in performance and regression testing is a plus.
• Mandatory Experience in Automated testing tools (JMeter, other open-source tools).
• Sound knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office, reporting and documentation.
