For candidates working in Railways/CPSUs/CPWD in CDA pay scales, they should be officers working in Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200) or higher for at least 18 years at Gazetted/Executive level. Alternatively, officers working in Level 13 (Rs. 123100 – 215900) or above for at least 5 years in the same pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted/Executive level in any Govt. organization can also apply.

For candidates working in IDA pay scales, they should be officers working in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 or higher with at least 18 years of service at Gazetted/Executive level in any Govt. organization. Alternatively, officers working in the pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000 for at least 5 years in the same pay scale, with a total of 18 years of service at Gazetted/Executive level in any Govt. organization can also apply.

Screening Process for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

As per DMRC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the screening process for the recruitment of the Civil/Construction department officer in DMRC involves the following steps:

1. Personal interview for candidates applying on a Deputation basis.
2. Personal interview and medical fitness examination (in the Executive/Technical category) for candidates applying on a Direct Recruitment basis.
3. Candidates will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:5, subject to the availability of eligible candidates.
4. The selection process will assess different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude, and physical fitness.
5. Candidates must qualify for the screening process and medical examination to be considered suitable for selection.
6. Candidates who fail the prescribed medical test will not be given any alternative employment.

1. CHARACTER & ANTECEDENTS: The candidate’s success in the screening process does not guarantee their appointment. The Corporation will conduct an inquiry, as considered necessary, to ensure that the candidate’s character and antecedents are suitable for appointment to the service.
2. SURETY BOND: The selected candidate will be required to execute a surety bond of Rs. 4,00,000/-, undertaking to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of three years, exclusive of the period in which the candidate remained on LWP (Leave Without Pay) or EOL (Extraordinary Leave). The candidate must also provide a three-month prior notice before resigning from the Corporation.
3. PROBATION: The selected candidate will be placed on probation for a period of one year, during which their performance and conduct will be evaluated. At the end of the probation period, the Corporation may confirm the appointment or extend the probation period, as deemed necessary.
