DPIIT Recruitment 2023: The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), Government of India has sought Applications in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma from the Officers Eligible for Appointment on Executive Director Post in the Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) on Deputation (ISTC) Basis vide this DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice published in the Employment News Edition Dated 13th-19th May 2023. The DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has occurred with 10 Vacancies for Executive Director Posts within Level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200) for Appointments in 10 FDDI Campuses in different Cities. *However the Number of Vacancies may be raised or lowered in view of the Requirement of Executive Directors within 12 Campuses.

The DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Officer post-Selection as Executive Director shall be entitled to the Monthly Pay in the Pay Matrix narrated hereunder:
Pay Scale: Level- 12 (Rs. 78800-209200)
The Maximum Age Limit in accordance with DPIIT Recruitment 2023 stipulated for Appointments of Executive Director as on the Closing Date of receipt of Applications should be read as follows:
Age Limit: The Maximum Age Limit for Appointment by Deputation shall not be exceeding 50 (Fifty) Years.
The Eligibility in accordance with the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice consisting of the Educational Qualification and Experience should be read as explained hereunder:
Specific Requirement: Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Or Statutory Body/Accredited University/ Duly recognized Research Institute.
I) a) holding the Analogous Post on a Regular Basis; Or
b) with Minimum 08-Years’ Experience in Group ‘A’ or Equivalent Service under the Central Government Or State Government Or Union Territory Administration/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Body/Statutory Body/Accredited University/Duly Recognized Research Institute;
c) out of the 08-Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ as mentioned hereinabove, Minimum 05-Years’ Service should be in the Pay Level 11 in the Pay Matrix, Equivalent in the Central Government Or State Government Or Union Territory Administration Or Public Sector Undertaking Or Autonomous Body Or Statutory Body Or Duly-Recognized University Or Accredited Research Institute; And the Educational Qualification mentioned hereunder:
II) Educational Qualification and Experience to be in possession:
i) Bachelor’s Degree from any Duly Recognized University With ii) with Minimum 05-Years’ Experience in the Administration field.
Desirable:
a) Minimum 01-Year’s Experience in Leather Technology or Industry.
b) Master in Business Administration (MBA)
Selection for Executive Director on Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis will be carried through by Personal Interaction/Viva-voce.
Deputation Period: The Period of Deputation, including the Deputation Period (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 05 Years for the Post notified.
