Extension of Timeline for Filing Form AOC-4 for Financial Year 2021-22 with ROC
As discussed in the Previous Article, the Due Date for filing Form AOC-4 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for FY 2021-22 was 29th September 2022.

Now the Professionals were facing a lot of Technical issues, but the Due Date for the same was not Extended despite so many repeated requests.
Infact, the 3rd Representation has been submitted by the Institue of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to Mr. Manoj Govil, IAS - Secretary of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) highlighting portal errors.
At Last, a Writ Petition requesting the Extension has been filed with Delhi High Court. The case with Diary no. 1827247/ 2022 has been registered as W.P.(C) 15096/2022 and will be listed tentatively on 01/11/2022.
