GMRC Recruitment 2023: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of General Manager, Additional General Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Executive, Engineer, Executive and Surveyor on a contract basis. Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited, a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project Phase-I, Phase-II and Surat Phase-I and its Operations & Maintenance. General Manager (HR)
Candidate should have minimum 20 years of total executive experience in the field of HR/personnel in Metro Rail/ Railway/ Railway PSUs/Govt. organization/PSU’s/reputed industries with the following experience criteria:
For candidates working in Railways officers in Gr ‘A’ organized services HR/Personnel, Govt. of India, State Govt., Railways working in pay matrix level 13A (7th CPC) or is working for at least 3 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000-240000/- or CDA pay matrix level 13 (7th CPC). OR The candidates working in PSU/Govt. metro railways, other govt. organization: Candidates should have MBA (HR) full-time or Master’s Degree in Personnel Management with 60% marks from Govt. a recognized University/Institute. Candidate must be presently working in the IDA pay scale Rs. 100000-260000/- or CDA pay matrix level 13A (7th CPC) or is working for at least 3 years in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000- 240000/- or CDA pay matrix level 13 (7th CPC). OR
Candidates from reputed Industries should have an MBA (HR) full-time Master’s degree in Personnel Management with 60% marks from Govt. a recognized University/Institute. Candidates from reputed industries who are drawing a salary (CTC) of Rs. 3,00,000/- per month (approximately) are eligible to apply. The candidates from A, B, or C should have knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, establishment matters and service matters etc.
Additional General Manager (Architect)
Candidate must be B. Arch. graduate from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. Applicants should have minimum 18 years of Post Qualification experience of the Executive level in a reputed private organization of Civil Engineering or 15 years Post Qualification experience of the Executive level in Government / PSU. Candidate from government/PSU’s should have worked at least 2 years in IDA payscale of Rs. 90000-240000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale. Candidates having experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum Rs. 1,80,000/- per month (approximately). Candidate should have experience in planning & design of elevated/ underground metro stations/urban railway projects and checking conformity of station layout to NBC/NFPA standards. Candidates having experience of designing a large number of elevated Metro stations, which are in Operation with ample exposure to use design software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit, BIM etc. will be preferred. In addition, a candidate shall be conversant with the procedures for obtaining statutory clearance from local authorities.
Additional General Manager (Civil)
Candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute. Applicants should have a minimum of 18 years of Post Qualification experience of the Executive Level in a reputed private organization OR 15 years of experience of the Executive level in Government I PSU’s. Candidate from government/PSU’s should have worked at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 90000-240000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale. Candidates with experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum of Rs. 1,80,000/- per month (approximately). Candidates should have experience in the field of Planning/Design/Execution/Contractual Matters of Viaducts/ Tunnels/ Underground Structures/ Depots/ Tracks/ Railways / Highways/ Bridges or large Civil Engineering Projects.
