Pay Scale (For Regular Appointment): Rs.50000 to Rs.160000 (For Manager E2); Annual CTC: Rs.13.6 Lac (Non-Metro) Manager (E2) (Approximately)
02) Deputy Manager (Finance)
Pay Scale (For Regular Appointment): Rs.40000 to Rs.140000 (For Deputy Manager E2); Annual CTC: Rs.10.9 Lac (Non-Metro) Deputy Manager (E2) (Approximately)

Age Limit (As on 01.12.2022)
a) General Merit Candidates should not exceed 40 Years.
b) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved (SC/ST/OBC/PwBDs) Community Candidates as per the Government of India Directives.
Essential Educational Qualification: The Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Post-Qualification Experience
Essential: Minimum 03 Years Post-Qualification Experience in the Finance and Accounts Department of any Organization of Repute.
Desirable: The Candidate should have Excellent Practical Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Preference: Experience in SAP FICO Module will be an Added Advantage.
02) Deputy Manager (Finance)

a) General Merit Candidates should not exceed 40 Years.
b) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved (SC/ST/OBC/PwBDs) Community Candidates as per the Government of India Directives.
Post Qualification Experience
Essential:

HLL Lifecare Limited Recruitment Board shall carry through the Selection Process by way of shortlisting the Candidates to be called in for Interview and Certificate Verification. Only Shortlisted Candidates would be summoned for Personal Interviews. The Eligible Candidates, post-Selection, would be offered Appointment under Contract: Executive Permanent. The Selected Candidates shall be offered Postings at Thiruvananthapuram/Kochi.
