ICAI has issued the Exposure Draft of the 13th Edition of its Code of Ethics, inviting public comments and suggestions by November 26, 2025.

ICAI Seeks Public Feedback on Exposure Draft of 13th Edition of Code of Ethics
The Ethical Standards Board, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India issued an exposure draft of the "13th edition of the ICAI Code of Ethics for feedback".
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) earlier issued the 12th edition of the ICAI code of ethics from July 1, 2020. Due to recent changes, revisions have been proposed to the Code of Ethics. The Exposure Drafts of the Code of Ethics can be accessed at-

ICAI further requests the public to send their inputs/suggestions/comments/feedback on the enclosed exposure drafts within 30 days.

ICAI further added that all perspectives are invited. These comments are valuable to them and will be considered during finalisation of the code.
Note: The last date for submitting the feedback is November 26, 2025.
