The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) has submitted representation before MCA Secretary on pending issues on MCA V3 Portal.

The institute has listed 45 issues in total, including both resolved and unresolved with resolutions.

At the outset, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, on behalf of all the professionals and stakeholders, extends its gratitude towards the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and all its officers for their forthcoming approach in resolving the issues and challenges being faced during the course of the transition from MCA-21 V2 to Version 3 of the portal.

On the Ministry’s request, the Institute revealed the professionals’ concerns and issues while filling forms on the MCA 21 V3 portal. We like to express our appreciation for favourably considering our representations and making concerted efforts to fix the aforementioned difficulties.
