ICSI Requests Feedback on Form-8 LLP Modules in MCA21-V3
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) once again requested to share the Feedback on Form-8 LLP Modules in MCA21-V3.
As you are aware, in order to embrace digital transformation, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs made all LLP filings web-based starting on March 8, 2022, using the MCA21 V3 platform.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India regularly communicates your views to the MCA in an effort to further assist the stakeholders and enable a seamless transition and implementation. MCA at all levels continuously and carefully monitors such comments to ensure prompt resolution.
With the last date of filing Form-8 approaching and keeping in view the significant impact of feedback received from our professional colleagues, we once again request you to share your inputs on Form-8 (Statement of Account & Solvency) at the link given below:-
