As per Kochi Metro Recruitment 2023 official notification, the post for the open position of “Director (Systems)” at Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL).

The Director (Systems) will be a member of the Board of Directors of KMRL and report to the Managing Director of the company. The primary responsibility of the Director (Systems) will be to plan and execute the Systems for the project, including consultancy, design, tendering, contracting, and commissioning. Additionally, the Director (Systems) will also be responsible for overall project administration with regard to Systems, project monitoring interface management, quality assurance, safety, and cost control for Systems. The position will be on a contract/deputation basis for a period of 5 years or until the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier

Experience:

• Twenty-five (5) years Post Qualification service in Group A/B service in Indian Railways or Executive service in Rateay PSU Subsidiary/Sister Concern with Five (5) years of experience at senior levels in Railway Metro electrification works, Rolling Stock, Signalling & Telecommunication projects of large nature
• Should have experience & knowledge of interfacing with railway or metro-related disciplines such as track laying works, signaling, electrification, and rolling stock
• The applicants should have experience in tendering contract management and project management of important electrical structures and/or systems from domestic and international vendors as a team leader and member
• Must have experience and knowledge of handling metro rail systems

Desirable Experience:

• Experience of all phases of major projects, including Planning, Design, Bidding, Execution, Commissioning, and implementing majors and money with pooled funding

Salary for Kochi Metro Recruitment 2023:

As per Kochi Metro Recruitment 2023 official notification, the pay scale for the open post is as given below:

Pay Scale: Rs.180000-340000 (IDA) and other allowances

Duration of Appointment: The appointment will be on a contract/ deputation basis for a period of 5 years or up to the date of superannuation, whichever comes first. The deputation will be preferred.

2. Fill the Application Form: Candidates must fill in the application form accurately and provide details about their qualifications, experience, and career achievements in a separate sheet.
3. Attach Supporting Documents: Along with the application form, candidates should attach self-attested copies of testimonials in support of age, qualification, and experience.
