MCA Circular on Deployment and usage of Change Request Form

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has deployed a change request form on MCA Portal. This web-based Form is to be used only under exceptional circumstances, for making a request to ROC, for purposes which cannot be catered through any existing form or services or functionality available either at Front Office level (users of MCA-21 services) or Back Office level (RoCs).

MCA notified Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules 2024

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has introduced the Change Request Form under the Company e-filing’s Approval Services (Registrar of Companies) Tab on the MCA portal.

Now, stakeholders can update information relating to master data or any other information using that form. The form is in NON-STP Mode and will be processed by the appropriate Approving Authority.

However now the MCA has clarified that this form will be used in exceptional circumstance.
