MCA revised additional fees for delay filings, now fees will go upto 18 times of Normal Fees The Ministry of Corporate Affairs revised additional fees for delayed in filing forms. If Delay is Filing is beyond 180 days then Hgher additional fees will 18 times of normal filing fees. If Delay is between 90 Days to 180 Days then Higher Additional fees will be 15 times of Normal fees.Chart is Given below for additional fees and Higher Additional Fees.  As per Notification : G.S.R. ...... (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 396, 398, 399 403 and 404 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules. 2014. namely:- 1. Short title and commencement (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come Into force with effect from 1st July, 2022. 2.
