Qualification and Experience for MMRCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is mentioned below-

For General Manager-

• Full-time Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and reputed university.

For Assistant Manager-

• Full-time Degree or Advance Diploma in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur, Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI OR
• Passed Membership Examination of the Institute of Fire Engineers, India or Institute of Fire Engineers, United Kingdom.

For Fire Inspector-

• Full-time B.Sc. (03 years course) with one year Fire Safety Course from a Govt. recognized and reputed University / Institute.

For Jr. Engineer-II-

• Full-time Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized and reputed university.

For Jr. Assistant-

• Full-time Graduate from a recognized university or its equivalent and should possess MS-CIT or should have passed the “CCC” examination conducted by DOEACC Society, at “0” level or “A” level or “B” level or “C” level or equivalent.

Experience for MMRCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the mandatory and desirable experience for specified posts is mentioned below-

For General Manager-

• SAG / Non-functional (NF)-SAG of IRSEE (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers) / IRSME (Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineering) cadre of Indian Railway. OR
• Total minimum 18 years experience with minimum 02 years of experience in next below grade (Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-) in IDA pay scale; and out of total experience minimum 10 years experience in executive grade in “desirable” domain for the post. OR
• Total minimum 18 years experience in the reputed private sector in executive grade in the “desirable” domain for the post.

Desirable-

• Candidate should have experience of working in construction projects of railways/metros/ other PSUs/ private sector dealing with rolling stock.
• Candidate should be conversant with international competitive bidding, computerized environment working and latest rolling stock technologies etc.
• Adequate experience in planning, designing, supplying, testing & commissioning of Rolling Stock for underground/ elevated metro/ rail projects in urban & suburban environments including consultancy works related to urban rail projects.
• Candidates with experience working on modern urban rail systems will be preferred.

For Assistant Manager-

• Minimum 03 years experience in a similar role of Fire Safety in large-scale establishments/ facilities or Fire Brigade Services.

Desirable-

• Preference may be given to candidates with Fire Safety experience in Metro Rail Organisations.

For Fire Inspector-

• Minimum 03 years experience in a similar role of Fire Safety in large-scale establishments/ facilities or Fire Brigade Services.

Desirable-

• Preference may be given to candidates with Fire Safety experience in Metro Rail Organisations.

For Jr.Engineer-II-

• For Diploma holders –
• Total minimum 08 years post-qualification experience with minimum 03 years service in the grade of Rs. 25,630 – 46,620/- in IDA pay scale in a desirable domain or Supervisor currently working in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- OR
• Total minimum 08 years post-qualification experience with minimum 03 years service in Supervisory grade in reputed private sector in a responsible position in the “Desirable” domain for the post.
• For Degree holders –
• Total minimum 05 years experience with minimum 02 years service in next below the grade of Rs. 34,020 – 64,310/- in IDA pay scale in a desirable domain or Supervisor currently working in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- OR
• Total minimum of 06 years post-qualification experience with a minimum of 03 years service in Supervisory grade in the reputed private sector in a responsible position in the “Desirable” domain for the post.

Desirable-

• Candidate should have experience of working in construction projects of Railways/ Metro/ other PSUs/ Private sector dealing with TVS & ECS systems.
• Adequate experience in supervising the installation of tunnel ventilation and air-conditioning equipment and controls and coordination between various contractors at the site.
• Should have exposure to managing and controlling various types of documentation.
• Candidates with experience of working on projects for urban rail systems will be preferred.

For Jr. Assistant-

• A Total Minimum of 02 years experience in the clerical cadre or equivalent.

Desirable-

• Candidates with experience of working on projects for urban rail systems will be preferred.

Surety Bond for MMRCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates chosen for the below-mentioned positions will be asked to submit a surety bond for the amount specified below-

Tenure for MMRCL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of MMRCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a basis of Regular, Deputation and contract basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of up to 05 years.

Selection Process for MMRCL Recruitment 2023:
