National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is accepting qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP) and Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. Spl). Based on the official notification of National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023, there are 21 vacant seats available for the indicated posts. The selected candidates will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs.208700. The appointment is made on a deputation/absorption basis for a period of 03 years. The chosen candidates will be posted anywhere in India.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is looking for willing candidates for the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP) and Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. Spl). There are 21 openings to be filled for the National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023.

  • For Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP)- 07 vacancies
  • For Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. Spl)- 14 vacancies

Salary for National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023:

The chosen candidates for National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023 will be paid a monthly salary as mentioned below-

  • The selected candidates for the post of Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP) will be given a monthly salary on Pay Matrix Level – 11 (Rs 67,700 2,08,700) (Pre-revised Pay Band-3 (Rs 15,600- 39,100/-) with Grade Pay Rs 6600/-).
  • The selected candidates for the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. Spl) will be given a monthly salary on Pay Matrix Level 10 (Rs.56,100/- to 1,77,500/- (Pre-revised pay scale -Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100/-) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-).

Qualification and Experience for National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023:

The candidate must have the required qualifications and experience to apply for National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023 as given below-

For Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP)-

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • The applicant must have 5 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work including counter-terrorism operations or imparting training in counter-terrorism.

For Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. Spl)-

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • The candidate should have 3 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work including counter-terrorism operations or imparting training in counter-terrorism.

Eligibility Criteria for National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023:

Candidate must have the required eligibility criteria for applying to National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023 as given below-

For Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl SP)-

Officers of the Central Government or the State Government or the Union Territories-

  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
  • With 5 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the PB-3 (Rs 15,600-39,100) with GP Rs 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.

For Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy. Spl)-

Officers of the Central Government or the State Government or the Union Territories-

  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
    With 2 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in a post in the Pay Band-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs 4800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department. OR
  • With 3 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the post in the Pay Band-2 (Rs 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs 4600 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.

Tenure for National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023:

The engagement of National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023 is made on a deputation/absorption basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years. The place of posting will be All India.
