SAIL Recruitment 2023: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is accepting applications from qualified and willing candidates for the post of Management Trainees (Technical). There are 92 openings to be filled for SAIL Recruitment 2023. The candidates who are selected will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.160000. The chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year. The candidate should have a degree in engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters, irrespective of the weight given to any particular year by the institute or university) in the relevant engineering discipline of chemical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, Metallurgy and mining
As given in the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an Online Examination-Computer Based Test, Gropu Discussion and Interview. The maximum age limit is 33 years for SC/ST candidates and 31 years for OBC (NCL) candidates. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and group discussion. Based on the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, interested and willing candidates have to submit their application online through the official website of SAIL on or before the deadline. The online application will be started from 11.12.2023.

The age limit for applying to SAIL Recruitment 2023 is given below-
Candidates who have a degree in engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters, irrespective of the weight given to any particular year by the institute or university) in the relevant engineering discipline of chemical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, Metallurgy and mining are eligible to apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023.
The selected candidates for SAIL Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly basic pay of Rs.50000 in the pay scale of Rs.50000-160000. On successful completion of training for 01 year, the management trainees will be designated as Assistant Manager in E1 grade and placed in the scale of pay of Rs.60000-180000.
The chosen candidates for SAIL Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a training period of 01 year.
The selection of SAIL Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of an Online Examination-Computer Based Test, Gropu Discussion and Interview. The candidates who pass the test will be called for the Gropu Discussion and Interview. The CBT will be held at any of the centers at Prayagraj (Allahabad), Bengaluru, Vadodara, Bhilai Nagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi/Delhi(NCR), Durgapur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kochi (Ernakulam), Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai/MMR, Nagpur, Patna, Ranchi, Rourkela, Salem, Trichy (Tiruchirappalli), Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam. Information regarding the test center will be provided in the Admit Card.
To Apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023, the application fee is Rs.700 for OBC (NCL) candidates and Rs.200 for SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Departmental candidates. The application fee is paid online through Net Banking/Credit Card/ATM-cum-Debit Card.
Candidates who are eligible and interested in SAIL Recruitment 2023 can apply online through the official website of SAIL on or before the last date. No other mode of application will be accepted.
