As given in the official notification of NEEPCO Recruitment 2023, there are 09 vacant seats open for the post of Executive-Medical (E-4) Grade, Executive-Security (E-4) Grade and Executive-Safety (E-3). 

Age Limit for NEEPCO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NEEPCO Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is as given below-

• The maximum age limit for the post of Executive Medical (E-4) Grade is 35 years.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Executive Security (E-4) Grade is 35 years for UR candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates.
• The maximum age limit for the post of Executive Safety (E-3) Grade is 32 years.

Qualification and Experience for NEEPCO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NEEPCO Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience are mentioned below-

For Executive-Medical (E-4) Grade-

• MBBS preferably with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in one of the areas of Medical Science (+) Registered with the Indian Medical Council.

Experience-

• Minimum 03 years experience in a large industry/reputed Hospital after completion of Internship.

For Executive-Security (E-4) Grade-

• Graduate in any discipline, recognized by Govt. of India.

Experience-

• Four years or more with minimum 3 years experience in the Armed Forces in the rank of Captain or in the rank of DSP or equivalent in Central/State Police Organizations, with experience in different areas of the overall Security System.

For Executive-Safety (E-3) Grade-

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute/ Institution recognized under the Factories Act/ Rules or Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/ Fire & Safety with at least 60% marks from a University/Institution recognized under the Factories Act/Rules.

Experience–

• Minimum 01 year of working experience in compliance with safety regulations under the Factories Act. Developing, auditing and improving safety systems. Promotion of safety consciousness amongst employees and examination of machinery, equipment and building from the safety angle. Experience in organizing safety training and firefighting would be an added advantage. Post-qualification experience in relevant areas shall be counted from the date a candidate has acquired the Degree in Engineering.

Salary for NEEPCO Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as under below-

• For Executive-Medical (E-4) Grade– Monthly consolidated amount of Rs.113540 (Rs 70,000+ DA @ 37.2% + Non-Practicing Allowance @ 25%) Plus HRA, if applicable.
• For Executive-Security (E-4) Grade– Monthly consolidated amount of Rs.96040 (Rs 70,000+ DA @ 37.2%) Plus HRA, if applicable.
• For Executive-Safety (E-3) Grade– Monthly consolidated amount of Rs.82320 (Rs 60,000+ DA @ 37.2%) Plus HRA, if applicable.

Tenure for NEEPCO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of NEEPCO Recruitment 2023, the engagement is purely on a fixed-term basis. The engagement period will initially be for 02 years but extendable by further 02 years on yearly basis based on performance and requirements.

Application Fee for NEEPCO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NEEPCO Recruitment 2023, candidates of UR and OBC categories will have to pay Rs.300 as an application fee. No application fee is required for SC, ST, PwD and female candidates. The application fee is purely Non-Refundale. Fee Payment may please be made through SB Collect favouring NEEPCO. The printout of the transaction slip containing the transaction ID is to be attached to the application format.

Selection Process for NEEPCO Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NEEPCO Recruitment 2023, candidates should be selected on the basis of interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for a personal interview in order of experience and merit. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
