NEET UG 2023: Correction Window Closing Today, Check How to Correct Details

NEET UG 2023: The application form correction window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET-UG) 2023 is closing today, 10th April 2023. The applicants who have applied for the NEET UG 2023 can edit their details up to 11:50 pm on 10th April 2023. Candidates can edit their certain details by visiting the official website of the NTA (National Testing Agency) NEET. The NTA activated the application form correction window on 8th April 2023.

The exam date for the NEET-UG 2023 is 7th May 2023. The exam will be held in a single shift. The exam will be conducted for 200 minutes. The NEET UG 2023 exam will have objective-type questions (MCQ) from physics, chemistry, and biology subjects. The NTA organizes the NEET UG exam for admission to several undergraduate medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, and BSMS. Admission to the 4-year BSc Nursing program at Armed Forces Medical Services Hospitals, known as MNS (Military Nursing Service), will be provided through the NEET UG beginning this year.

Details that can be changed via the NEET UG 2023 correction window

Candidates will not be able to modify all the details of the application form. The NTA has allowed the modifications in the following details through NEET UG 2023 correction window:

1. Father’s or Mother’s name
2. category and sub-category
3. City and medium
4. Qualification including passing year
5. Correction of uploaded documents
6. Date of Birth (only for non-Aadhar verified applicants)
7. Gender (only for non-Aadhar verified applicants)

Candidates who wish to edit or modify their details in the NEET UG 2023 application form should follow the step-wise procedure given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the NTA NEET

Step 2: Click on the NEET(UG) 2023 Correction link available on the home page

Step 3: Login using the application number and password

Step 4: Edit the relevant details and upload documents in the prescribed format (for photo and signature)

Step 5: preview the edited details before final submit

Step 6: Take a printout of the correction slip for future need
