As per NHAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the procedure for applying for vacancies in NHAI is online mode only. Applicants need to visit the NHAI website to access the link for applying online. The application process involves the following steps:

• Visit the NHAI website and click on the “About Us” tab, followed by “Vacancies” and then “Current.” Click on the relevant recruitment advertisement and then click on “Online application.”
• Once you click on “APPLY,” the system will redirect you to the NHAI portal. Create the registration by providing your User ID (it can be anything), creating a password, and providing your name, phone number, email ID, and Adhar card number (optional).
• Once you enter all the above details, log in to the system with the user id and password. The portal has two sections: the application form and the post you would like to apply.
• Fill the complete application form, and make sure to fill in all the mandatory fields. After filling the application form, click on the “preview” button to check all the information you filled in the form.
• If you wish to change any data in the given form, then change the same. Once everything is correct, click on the “save” button. After saving the document, then only “apply” for the position.
• After saving the document, apply for the position. Select the post and click on the “submit your application” button. If you don’t apply for the position, your profile will not be reflected under any position. Once you click on the “submit your application” button, the system will take you to the next screen, where you can see the “reference number” and you would also have the option to download the form.
