For General Manager-

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute and
• 14 years experience in Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) (pre-revised PB-3, Rs. 15600- 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400) or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads, and Bridges.

For Deputy General Manager-

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute and
• 09 years experience in the Pay Level-10 (Rs.56,100- 1,77,500) (pre-revised Pay Band-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent or higher out of which 06 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

For Manager-

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute and
• 04 years experience in Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent or higher out of implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

For Deputy Manager-

• Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering recognized University / Institute.

Salary for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of General Manager will get a monthly salary between Rs.123100 to Rs. 215900.
• The selected candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager will get a monthly salary between Rs.78800 to Rs.209200.
• The selected candidates for the post of Manager will get a monthly salary between Rs. 67700 to Rs.208700.
• The selected candidates for the post of Deputy Manager will get a monthly salary between Rs.56100 to Rs.177500.

Tenure for NHIDCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of NHIDCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a deputation and candidates should not be allowed to be repatriated within a period of 02 years.
