Based on the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Monthly Remuneration to accrue to the Appropriately Suitable Person to be appointed as Senior Consultant (Administration) on a Variable Monthly Remuneration as has been narrated hereunder:
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.90000 – Rs. 150000 Per Month
In addition to Consultants of NHSRC are Entitled to Free Accidental Insurance, Subsidized Medical insurance, Mobile Bills Reimbursement, Laptop Reimbursement (As per NHSRC Policy), 30 Days Consolidated Leave, Fully Paid Maternity Leave (For Female Consultants) as per the Central Government Policy, Performance-linked Increments, TA/DA and Per Diem for On-Duty Visits.
Note: *Fee offered within the Band will be commensurate with Educational Qualifications and Post-Qualification Work Experience.

Educational Qualification: 03-Years’ Regular Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree from any Duly Accredited University/Institute with Post-Graduate (M.A.) and Degree in Secretarial Practices is A MUST from any Duly Recognized and the Institute of Repute:
Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience.
Desirable: Certification Course in MS Office.
Preference will be given to Candidates having gained Desirable Experience in Government, Quasi-Government Departments Or Government-funded Autonomous Institutions.

Based on the NHSRC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Selection Methodology for Contractual Appointment of any Appropriately Suitable Candidate as Senior Consultant (Administration) mandates Personal Interaction.
