ONGC Recruitment 2022: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has invited Applications from the Youths for Graduate Apprentices/Trade Apprentices/Diploma Apprentices. There are 64 Vacancies to be filled with Graduate/Trade/Diploma Apprentices as to be engaged in various Trade Disciplines. Among the Eligible Candidates who are interested in taking this opportunity as the Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 available with  ONGC Plant located in Uran, District Raigarh, Maharashtra,  may apply Online before 5th December 2022 (05.12.2022), which is the Last Date to apply as mentioned in the ONGC Recruitment 2022.

Modality of Applying for ONGC Recruitment 2022:

All the Candidates, who are Eligible and hence intend to apply for Graduate/ ITI/ Diploma Apprenticeship, should

01) get first registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Portal for Trade Apprentices.

02) register Online at the ONGC Website.

Selection Methodology for ONGC Recruitment 2022:

The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd Screening Committee upon receipt of the Applications with the Mandatory Information/ Particulars, etc. shall prepare a Common Merit determined by taking into account the Marks in the Final Qualifying Examinations applicable to Graduate/ Trade/ Diploma Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961. The Shortlisted Candidates would be invited to appear for Document Verification Process and Other Formalities.

Selection Process for ONGC Recruitment 2022:

Selections of the Eligible Candidates in the Opted/Applied for Engagement as Graduate Apprentice/Trade Apprentice/Diploma Apprentice would be based on the Candidates’ Marks obtained in their respective Final Qualifying Examination(s). The ONGC Screening Committee will draw a Common Merit for Graduate/ Trade/ Diploma Apprentices. In case of similar Marks on Merit, the Candidate Senior in Age would be considered for Selection.

Selection Process: Merit List

Upper Age Limit (As on 05.12.2022): The Candidate should have completed Minimum 18 Years for the ITI Apprentices. For Graduate/Diploma Apprentices the Minimum Age Limit is 21 Years.  The Upper Age Limits are relaxable for Reserved Community OBC/SC/ST Candidates and also PwBD Category Candidates.

Graduate Apprentice:

Educational Qualifications: The Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in (B.A./B.Com./B.Sc./B.B.A.) from any University duly recognized by the Government of India as mentioned in the ONGC Recruitment 2022 notification.

Remuneration (Stipend): Rs.9000 (Rupees Nine Thousand only) Per Month

ITI Trade Apprentices:

Educational Qualification: Passed the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Trade in the relevant discipline duly recognized by the National Council for Vocational Trade (NCVT) or the State Council for Vocational Trade (SCVT)

Remuneration: 1st Year ITI: Rs.7700 (Rupees Seven Thousand Seven Hundred only) Per Month AND 2nd Year ITI: Rs.8050 (Rupees Eight Thousand and Fifty only) Per Month

Diploma Apprentices: The Candidate should have in possession a Diploma in the relevant Trade from any Institute duly recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education.

Remuneration: Rs.8000 (Rupees Eight Thousand only) Per Month

Step 1: View and Follow the (Part-I & Part-II) Registration. Part-I Registration makes it necessary for the Candidate to fill individual Basic Details like Name, Category, etc. and He/She has to create his own Password.

Step 2: Upload Personal Scanned Photograph and Signature and furnish Educational Qualification, Experience Details, etc.
