REC Recruitment 2023: REC Limited is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Executive (Tech. and CSR). The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity is 35 years. The candidates applying for the mentioned positions should have at least 03 years of experience in their relevant field. Teaching experience will not be counted as work experience. The applicants should have sound health.

The candidates should have a regular full-time Master’s degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Sustainable Development or equivalent, with a 1st Division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Required according to the Departments is as mentioned below:
Assistant Executive (Tech.):
The candidates should have at least 03 years of experience in any field. candidates with experience in Government or Semi Government sector or PSUs etc. may be preferred.
Assistant Executive (CSR):
The candidates must have at least 03 years of experience in the social/ development/ sustainability sector or Human Resources or other related sectors.
According to the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be on a contractual basis for a period of 01 year, which may be extended further depending upon the performance and requirements of the REC Foundation. However, the total length of service shall not exceed four years and six months.

According to the official notification of REC Recruitment 2023, the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be invited for the interview conducted by the committee. A preliminary screening of the application will be done and shortlisted candidates shall be required to appear for a personal interview. The interview would be conducted either in physical form or through video conferencing as per the decision of the REC Foundation.
