Monthly Basic Pay for Degree Holders: Rs. 24761.00

Annual CTC for Degree Holders: Rs. 540784.00

Upper Age Limits for RITES Recruitment 2023:

As per the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular, the Age Limit for General Merit/Un-Reserved Category Candidates as on 01.07.2023 is as follows:

i) Open Merit Candidates: Maximum 40 Years

ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Rules described in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice.

Eligibility for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility vide the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy for Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) Post is as follows:

A Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent/Analogous/Synonymous/ Similar Qualification in 1st Class with Minimum 60% Marks for General Category/EWS Class Candidates and 50% Marks for Reserved Community Candidates.

Desirable: Minimum Post-Qualification Experience of 04 Years of which 02 Years’ Relevant Experience.

Post-Qualification Experience:  Experience in Structural Design and Drawings for Concrete/Steel Works, Rail-Road Over Bridges (ROBS), Pre-stressed Concrete Bridges, Balanced Cantilever Bridges, Steel Bridges, Foot-Over Bridges (FOB), Elevated Segmental Structures/Continuous Bridges, etc.

Selection Criteria under RITES Recruitment 2023:

On the basis of Applications received, Eligible Candidates will be required to appear in the Off-Line/Online Written Test. The Candidates may be shortlisted for Selection based on Individual Performance in the Written Test.

RITES Limited, at its discretion, will shortlist the number of Candidates for Selection out of Only Eligible Candidates.

Due to Prevalent Pandemic Situation, based on the requirement and discretion of RITES, the Selection Process may be conducted Online.
Based upon the Performance in the Written Test and fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria; the Candidates shall be shortlisted for Interviews.
The Weightage Distribution of various Parameters of Selection shall be as hereunder:

Total – 100%

I) Post-Qualification Professional Experience: 05%

II) Written Examination: 60%

III) Interview: 35%

(Technical & Professional Proficiency: 25 %; Personality Communication and Competency: 10%)

The Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained in the Online/Offline Test by the Candidates are as follows:

I) Un-Reserved/EWS: 50% Marks AND Minimum 60% Marks in Interview.

II) Reserved Community (SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs): 45% AND 50% Marks in Interview.

Final Appointment of the Selected Candidates will be subject to their being found Medically Fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the Relevant Post.

The Candidates shall need to furnish Photocopies of THE Educational Qualification and Experience claimed, which shall be verified from the Original Documents at the Appropriate Stage and shall be subject to Verification from the Original Source.

Based upon the Candidate’s fulfilling the Eligibility Conditions; Shortlisted for Interview will be carried out.

Nature & Engagement Period: Selected Candidate’s Appointment as Engineer (Design) shall remain Purely on a Contractual Basis initially for 01 Year, extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and Satisfactory Performance.

The Selected Candidates shall be liable for Posting in Maharashtra State initially; however, they may be posted anywhere in India as per RITES’ Requirements.

The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates Online Recruitment Applications for the Candidates with Individual Interest in Engineer (Design) Post. Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023, the Crucial Date for Online Registration completion is 28.07.2023.

1. Before applying Online, the Candidates should ensure that they satisfy the necessary Eligibility Conditions and Requirements for the Engineer (Design) Post.

2. Interested Candidates with the Eligibility in possession should apply online in the Registration Format available in the Career Section of THE RITES Website.

3. While submitting the Online Application; the System would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of THE Online Application Format filled up by the Candidate.

Note down this “Registration No.” and Quote it for all further Communication with RITES Ltd.

4. While filling up the Required Details, the Candidates should Carefully and Correctly fill out the details of “Identity Proof”. The Candidates should note the same and ensure availability of the Similar Identity Proof as it will be required to be furnished in Original at later stages of Selection (if called).

5. After filling up the Required Details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, Click on “Make Payment”. The Payment Details show the Requisite Amount to be paid to the Bank based on your Category. Applications without successful Application Fee Payment shall be treated as Incomplete and shall be Summarily Rejected.

6. The Candidate must also retain a Photocopy of the Online Application Form submitted with them and to carry the same at the time of the Selection (if called).
