UIDAI Recruitment 2022: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Chandigarh has called in Applications from Government Officers in the Central Government or State Government/PSU/Autonomous Organisations holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis for Appointment as Section Officer (SO) on Deputation (Fixed Term Basis). There is 01 Post earmarked for the Post Section Officer in the Pay Matrix Level -8 on Deputation Basis on Foreign Service Terms (FST) vide UDAI Recruitment 2022 Advertisement.

Eligibility and Modality of Application for UIDAI Recruitment

The Government Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department are Eligible to apply for Appointment as Section Officer on Deputation (Fixed Term Basis) vide UIDAI Recruitment.

The Officers from State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organizations holding Regular Post(s) in corresponding grades with Requisite Experience may also apply for Deputation Based Appointment for Section Officer Post.

Among the Eligible Candidates, those willing to be Applicants for appointment as Section Officer on a Deputation (Fixed-Term Basis) may apply with Duly completed Applications (in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma).

Duly completed Applications should be coupled with the Mandatory Testimonials; including No-Objection-Certificate, ACRs/APARs, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, DA&R, and all other Mandatory Documents in the shape of Self-attested Testimonials issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority/Forwarding Authority or the Employer to be dispatched through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due/Registered Post.

The Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to submit their respective Applications to the UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AUTHORITY OF INDIA will close on 19th January 2023 (19.01.2023) as mentioned in the UIDAI Recruitment 2022 Notification.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should forward Applications (annexed with the Duly completed Applications) of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose Services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection should be arranged for Dispatch and Receivable in the UIDAI, Regional Office Chandigarh up to 03.02.2023.

Duly completed Application in a Sealed Cover superscripted as “Application for the Post Section  Officer” should be dispatched Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due (RPAD)/ Speed Post receivable in the “Office of Director (HR), UIDAI as per the Date(s) mentioned in the UIDAI Recruitment 2022. 

Selection and Engagement Tenure with other Terms and Conditions of Deputation for UIDAI Recruitment

The Personnel selected as Section Officer on Deputation (Fixed Term Basis) post-Appointment shall remain entitled to render services for 05 (Five) Years. However, the Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which in any case should not be lesser than 03 (Three) Years as has been explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2022.

Essential Eligibility for UIDAI Recruitment

A.1) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or

i) With 03 (Three) Years of Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07; Or

ii With 05 (Five) Years of Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 06: Or

B) The Officers from State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post(s)

i) in corresponding Grades with Requisite Experience.

Desirable: Experience of Work in Administration/Legal Establishment/Human Resources/ Finance/ Accounts/Budgeting/Vigilance/Procurement/ Planning and Policy /Project implementation and Monitoring/E-Governance, etc.

Basic Skills for working in a Computerized Office Environment and E-Office, etc.
