In that case you may contact NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited) or your nearby bank branch because refunds usually take 15 to 30 days from the processing date to appear in your account and sometimes, the issue is just a technical delay in the banking network.
People like salaried employees, those who earn only interest income, or others whose returns don’t require an audit usually receive their refunds more quickly. This is because their income details are simpler, their tax returns are often filed directly on the income tax portal, and there are less chances of mistakes or mismatches making verification and processing faster.
