BVFCL is hiring qualified candidates for the posts of General Manager position. There are a total of 02 vacancies for this position.
Qualification for BVFCL Recruitment 2023 are mentioned below.
1. General Manager (Marketing): Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or MBA with specialisation in Marketing with minimum 20 years post qualification Executive Experience in line in PSU/ large Private Sector Chemical Industry out of which atleast 08 years should be at Senior Management level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments Chemical Industry. The candidates requires an aggressive, well motivated person with proven record in organizing Marketing of Agriculture inputs, preferably fertilizer on AI India basis.
2. General Manager (Finance): Graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A with minimum 20 years post qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU/ large Private Sector organization out of which atleast 08 years should be at Senior Managerial position. The incumbent should be have experience at senior level position with proven knowledge of latest financial procedures and laws. Knowledge of SAP is desirable. Preference will be given to incumbents having working experience in CPSE’s.
As per the BVFCL Recruitment 2023 candidates should be the maximum of 55 years.
The selected candidates will get a salary between the pay scale of Rs 51300 -3%- 73000. Minimum gross pay Rs. 17751- Approx.
