DPIIT Recruitment 2023: The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, accepts applications from suitable applicants for Junior Consultants and Consultants positions in the Office of the Economic Adviser (OEA). As mentioned in the DPIIT Recruitment 2023 official notification, the employment will be only on a contract basis for three years duration period. Shortlisted candidates would get a monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 0.6 lakh to Rs. 1.0 lakh for Junior Consultant positions and Rs.0.8 lakh to Rs.2.50 lakh for Consultant positions. Applicants with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, or Law (LLM) would be considered for the offered positions.

For Junior Consultants
The candidates should have Applicants with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, or Law (LLM) would be considered for the offered positions. He/she should have at least 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
For Consultants
The candidates should have Applicants with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, or Law (LLM) would be considered for the offered positions. He/she should have at least 5-10 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
As mentioned in the DPIIT recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age restriction is 35 years as of 01.01.23, which is relaxable for SC/ST, Women, Physically Handicapped, and OBC applicants depending on the government mandates.
