Qualification and Experience for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the required qualifications and experience mentioned below-

• Candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized University.

Experience-

• Officers/officials who have retired from Central / State Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / Universities / Govt. R and D Organizations and having a minimum of 10 years of working experience in the field for which he/she is applying.
• Persons possessing experience having worked with DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/appointment.
• He/she should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for an in-depth examination of his / her areas of work.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as under below-

For Pensioners-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary on pay drawn at the time of retirement. A fixed monthly amount as conveyance allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work shall also be allowed @ Rs3000/- for pay level 7.

For Non-Pensioners-

• The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000. A fixed monthly amount as conveyance allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place shall also be allowed @ Rs 3000/- For pay level 7.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a contract for a period of 01 year but may be extended as per norms. The place of posting will be RCMA (Materials) CEMILAC, DRDO, Hyderabad.
