Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2022: The Department of Revenue (DoR), Ministry of Finance, Government of India has called in Applications from Experienced Officers in reference to Appointment onto the Posts Assistant Director (Official Language) in the Directorate of Enforcement. There are 02 Posts to be filled with the Assistant Director (Official Language) on Deputation in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix vide the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2022.

Among the Eligible Officers duly meeting Eligibility with reference to the Enforcement Directorate Interview and are Willing to be Applicants for Assistant Director (Official Language) may apply in the Specimen Application Proforma through a Proper Channel.

Selection Process for Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2022

Selection on to Assistant Director (Official Language) on Deputation in the Enforcement Directorate shall be carried through by way of the Screening Process followed by Personal Interaction/Interview.  Such Officer Candidates would be issued Intimation in this regard and also may be read in the Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2022 Notification.

Nature of Posting: On Deputation

Place of Posting: Ministerial Head-Quarter, New Delhi

Pay Scale: Level 10 in the Pay Matrix of Rs.56100 to Rs.177500

Age Limit: Not to Exceed 56 Years

Eligibility Conditions:

A) The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/UT Administration/Recognized Research Institutes or Universities/Government Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/Statutory Bodies/Autonomous Bodies having in possession the following Qualifications in order to be considered for the Post Assistant Director (Official Language) in the Directorate of Enforcement On Deputation Basis.

A.i) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or the Department; Or

ii) with 03 Years’ Regular Service in the Post in Pay Scale Level 7 Rs.44900 to Rs.142400; Or

B) The Officers should also Essentially have in possession

i) Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a Compulsory or Elective Subject or as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level from any Duly Recognized University or Institute Equivalent thereof. Or A Master’s Degree in any Subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi Medium and English as an Elective or a Compulsory Subject as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level from any Duly Recognized University or the Institute Equivalent thereof. Or

A Master’s Degree in any Subject other than Hindi or English with English Medium and Hindi as an Elective or a Compulsory Subject as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level from any Duly Recognized University or the Institute Equivalent thereof. Or

A Master’s Degree in any Subject other than Hindi or English with English Medium and Hindi as an Elective or a Compulsory Subject as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level from any Duly Recognized University or the Institute Equivalent thereof. Or

A Master’s Degree in any Subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as a Compulsory Elective Subject or either of Two as a Medium of Examination and other as a Compulsory or Elective Subject at the Degree Level from any Duly Recognized University or the Institute Equivalent thereof. Or

03-Years’ Experience of using or applying Terminology (Terminological Work) in Hindi and Translation Work from English to Hindi or vice versa, preferably of Technical or Scientific Literature under the Central Government or State Governments; Or

Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organizations or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities of Recognized Research or Educational Institutions; Or

03-Years’ Experience of teaching in Hindi and English or Research in Hindi or English under the Central Government or State Governments or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisations or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Accredited Research or Educational Institutions.

C) Desirable: Should have studied at Matriculation Standard one of the Languages other than Hindi included in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution of the Republic of India.

Duly Countersigned Certification with Seal-Attestation to be issued by the Employer Or Cadre Controlling Authority

1) No Vigilance Case or Disciplinary Case is pending or contemplated against Shri ………………/ Shrimati………………..

2)  His/Her Integrity is Certified

3) His / Her Confidential Report (CR) Dossier (Photocopies of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of preceding 05 Years duly attested by an Officer of Rank of the Under-Secretary of the Government of India

4) Neither Major or Minor Penalty has been imposed on Him / Her in the past 10 Years. A List of Major or Minor Penalty/ies imposed on Him or Her in the last 10 Years is enclosed herewith (as the case may be).
