HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications from Indian Nationals for Apprenticeships under the Apprentices Act, 1961. According to the HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the recruitment will be done for 647 vacant seats for one year of apprenticeship training. The appointed Graduate Apprentices would be paid a monthly stipend of Rs.9,000, whereas Diploma Apprentices and ITI Apprentices will only be paid Rs.8,000. The age range of eligible candidates will be determined based on the selection terms. The candidates seeking employment as Graduate Apprentices must have a Graduate degree in the relevant engineering branch, their respective stream, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and an ITI diploma in one of the following trades: fitter, tool and die maker, or refrigeration and air conditioning.

According to the HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates must have the following eligibilities.
For Graduate & Diploma candidates
Candidate must be an Indian citizen and have finished Graduation / Diploma in the above-mentioned Disciplines/Fields from a recognised university authorised by AICTE/UGC. The candidate must have graduated or received a diploma on or after September 1, 2020. Candidates should NOT be enrolled in or have completed an apprenticeship in another organisation.
ITI Completed candidates
The candidate must be an Indian citizen and have completed an ITI in a trade recognised by NCVT/SCVT. Candidates should NOT be undertaking or have completed apprenticeship training in another firm.
