Qualification and Experience for MECL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of MECL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience for the specified posts are mentioned below-

For Accountant-

• Graduate/ Post Graduate with Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA.

Experience-

• 03 years post qualification relevant experience after passing Intermediate of CA/ICWA, in Accounts work.

For Hindi Translator-

• Post Graduate in Hindi.
• Hindi and English are subjects at the graduate level.

Desirable-

• Knowledge of Hindi/English Typing on computer.

Experience-

• 03 years post qualification relevant experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa including technical articles.

Desirable –

• Journalistic experience in a Technical Journal and knowledge of Computer.

For Technician (Survey and Draftsman)-

• Matriculate (OR) equivalent With ITI in Survey/ Draftsmanship (Civil).

Experience-

• 03 years post qualification relevant experience in Survey OR Draftsman.

For Assistant (Materials)-

• Graduate with Mathematics (OR) B.Com.
• Certificate in Typing with 40 wpm in English from Govt. recognized institutes/board.

Experience-

• 03 years post qualification relevant experience after passing qualification at handling engineering and technical stores.

For Deputy General Manager (Finance)-

• CA/ICWA (OR) Full-time 2 years MBA/ PGDM in Finance Management.

Experience-

• 17 years post qualification relevant experience, out of which at least 6 years should be in a senior responsible managerial position in Financial Management, Management Accounting and various aspects of financial accounting, auditing and cost accounting.

For Manager (Geology)-

• M.Sc/ M.Tech./ M.Sc.Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/Earth Science/Exploration Geology/ Mineral Exploration/ Geological Technology) (OR) equivalent.

Desirable-

• Certificate course/ Training in Advanced Remote Sensing.

Experience-

• 10 years post qualification relevant experience of geological assignments, out of which at least 5 years should be site experience in mineral exploration, in Reconnaissance/ Preliminary /General /Detailed exploration for minerals with the preparation of Geological Reports.

Desirable–

• Mineral targeting through remote sensing applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Map Info or Arc GIS or similar GIS software, Geological modeling, ore reserve estimation and mine planning software system.

Tenure for MECL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MECL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year but may be extended or modified at the discretion of the Appointing Authority. The selected candidates will be posted at any of the MECL Projects/Corporate Office of the Company located anywhere in India or/and overseas as per the requirement of the Company.

Selection Process for MECL Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of MECL Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a written test/document verification/Trade test/skill test. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the official website of MECL under the career section. There will be no TA will be paid to any candidate appearing for written test/document verification/Trade test/skill test.

Application Fee for MECL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MECL Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs.100 as an application fee. The  SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-Serviceman/ Departmental candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. The application fee will be paid through the bank challan of Punjab National Bank or State Bank of India. The other mode of payment will not be accepted.
