MMRB Recruitment 2022: Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Meghalaya has invited Applications from the Candidates Eligible for in reference to Recruitment on to the Posts 01) Medical & Health Officers and 02) Junior Specialists in the Health and Family Welfare Department.
There are 400 Vacancies vide MMRB Recruitment 2022 for 01) Medical & Health Officers and 02) Junior Specialists in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Meghalaya.
Among the Eligible Candidates are those who have fulfilled the Eligibility and are willing to apply for Individually opted 01) Medical & Health Officers and 02) Junior Specialists Posts may apply in Online Mode up to 10th December 2022 (10.12.2022), the Last Date as per the Instructions explained in the Appended MMRB Recruitment 2022 Advertisement.
The Eligible Candidates may apply Online with the Scanned Signature, Photograph and Self-attested Testimonials related to their Educational Qualifications, etc.
Application Fee for MMRB Recruitment 2022
There is No Application Fee Applicable to MMRB Recruitment 2022.
Meghalaya Medical Services Recruitment Board shall carry through the Selection Process for Medical and Health Officers and Junior Specialists in the Health and Family Welfare Department on the basis of Merit determined taking into account the Marks obtained in the Computer-Based Recruitment Test. Additional Weightage to the Scores for the Service duration and Experience of Doctors/Specialists working under the Department of Health and Family Welfare enumerated hereunder:
i) Service duration and Experience of Doctors/Specialists in the Department of Health and Family Welfare:
• 05 to 09 Years: 10 Marks
• 03 to 05 Years: 07 marks
• 02 to 03 Years: 04 Marks
• 01 to 02 Years: 02 Marks
ii) Additional Marks for the Candidate’s Qualifications, if he/she has completed the Post-Graduate Degrees and Diploma in Medical Science including the Community Medicines/Family Medicines and Public Health explained hereunder:
• Post-Graduate Degree: 03 Years: 10 Marks
• Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma: 02 Years: 05 Marks
Based on the scrutiny of the Applications received from the Candidates, a Shortlisting Methodology Process would be carried out for the Eligible Candidates. The BEL Selection Committee will conduct a Written Test aimed at shortlisting the Candidates for Interviews.

Educational Qualification for Medical and Health Officer (MHO):
The Candidate should be MBBS or Equivalent Degree-holder from any recognized Medical Institution of India or Abroad Duly Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Council (NMC).
Educational Qualification for Junior Specialists:
MD, MS, DNB, DM, M.Ch Diploma or other Equivalent Degree from any recognized Medical Institution of India or Abroad Duly Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Council (NMC).
Upper Age Limit (As on 01.01.2022)
As per MMRB Recruitment 2022, the Candidate should have completed Minimum 23 Years and Maximum 41 Years for Recruitment at Grade-III Level. Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Communities.
