SAI Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Young Professional and Junior Consultant on a contract basis. As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 04 vacancies. The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable up to 05 years. The contract can be terminated by giving a 30 day of Notice period by either party, i.e. SAI or the employee. In cases of extreme impropriety by the employee, the contract will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the post of Young Professional should be below the age of 32 years and the candidates applying for the post of Junior Consultant should be below the age of 40 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 100000. Other benefits like DA, housing, residential phone, conveyance or transportation, personal staff, medical reimbursement, HRA, and LTC, etc., would not be allowed. Mention below is the qualification required for SAI Recruitment 2023:
Young Professional (Project & Admin)
Candidates should have B.Tech/ MBA/ PGDM (2 years) from a recognized university. Candidates with MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) specialization in Sports Management from a recognized university will be given preference.
Young Professional (A R M)
Candidates should have graduated in any discipline with a certificate/diploma course in sports management (Certificate/diploma duration must be more than 06 months) from a reputed institute OR MBA OR PGDM (2 years) from a recognized university/ Institution.
Junior Consultant (Performance Monitoring)
Candidates should have Post Graduation in any Discipline/ BE/ B. Tech or 2 years PGDM, MBBS, LLB, CA, ICWA, or any Professional Degree after 4 years or more after 10 + 2. Candidates who have participated at national and international levels in any Sports Discipline would be given preference.

Candidates should have 01 Year of experience in a relevant field. Experience in the relevant field in any Government/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU will be preferred.
Young Professional (A R M)
Candidates having graduated in any discipline should have 01 Year of experience in a relevant field OR candidates having an MBA OR PGDM (2 years) degree should have 02 Year of experience in a relevant field. Candidates who have participated in the national and international level in any Sports Discipline. Will be given preference.
Junior Consultant (Performance Monitoring)
Candidates should have Minimum 05 years of experience after acquiring EQ. Experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./Autonomous/ PSU as per JD will be preferred.

As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates for the post of Young Professional will get a monthly salary of Rs. 50000-Rs. 70000 and the candidates selected for the post of Junior Consultant will get a monthly salary between Rs. 80250 – Rs. 100000. Before making the payment, the SAI will take out the appropriate amount of income tax or other tax that is required to be withheld in accordance with the laws currently in effect. The SAI will then provide TDS or Service Tax Certificates, as necessary. after beginning the task or after it is finished, no TA/DA is permitted.
